Sanctum by QLD Group (QLD Group Pty Ltd, ABN 32 653 763 092) collects the personal information you choose to share with the studio — your name, contact details, suburb and a description of your project — for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to carry out the design engagement you commission.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent. Enquiry details are shared only with the small studio and delivery team who need them, including our construction partner QLD Group where a project proceeds to delivery.

Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to the studio by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that transmits your submission to our inbox and does not use it for any other purpose. This site does not run advertising trackers.

You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — reach the studio through the Begin page. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
