The Studio Conversation — ninety minutes, in person, $500. We explore how you want to live in the space, agree the budget together, and lock the design brief. No concept is produced yet — first we understand.

From $8,000, the designer develops a spatial concept, material direction, lighting intent and a lifestyle brief, interpreted in three dimensions. A resolved, standalone work — the intellectual property is Sanctum's.

Your vision, seen for the first time. A formal in-person presentation — a physical concept document and a digital walkthrough. The moment the design becomes real.

Construction by QLD Group, with Sanctum holding every conversation through to completion. The handover is not a handover — it is a presentation of the finished environment.
